Conditions for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Defective product
- Wrong product delivered
- Incorrect size received (different from the size ordered)
Important Guidelines
An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.
The video must:
- Start before opening the parcel
- Clearly show the package from all angles (360° view)
- Be recorded in good lighting
- Clearly highlight any defect or issue
Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be considered.
Return Process
No Pickup Service
We currently do not offer a return pickup facility for orders.
Self-Shipping Required
Customers are required to ship the product back to our address for any approved return or exchange.
Additional Notes
•Minor issues such as loose threads will not be considered defects.
•Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and photography.
